Easter Egg Hunt

Yes, I know that Easter was a week ago, but the weeks before Easter were so wet around here that most egg hunts were cancelled or postponed. Our church, St. Cecilia, postponed theirs until this weekend. At least it gave the quads a little more time to figure out the whole concept. Since Easter, we have had dozens of egg hunts at our house. We'll keep all the kids on the first floor, then Will or I will go down to the basement and hide empty plastic eggs. The quads come down and find them. We can spend an entire afternoon hiding and finding eggs.

Anyway, this Saturday we took the crew to the Easter Egg Hunt up at St. Cecilia. It was supposed to be beautiful, but ended up being a bit cool and windy. After weeks of storms, a bit of wind wasn't going to stop us. We had a great time and the kids got TONS of candy and little goodies.

Everybody at the big hunt

Drew, Daddy, Julia and Will lined up to start!

  3. Love the picture of Izzie - she looks like she's squealing with excitement! I haven't even posted about Easter - trying to stay in order but then my posts seem a bit late. Oh well. :)

  4. Looks like they had fun with the easter eggs. We just posted our Easter Weekend Post this morning. We are also alittle behind on our posts and are also trying to post them in order.
